Worst customer service

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Pick n Pay. On the 17th of August, I ordered three of the same item, which was sold out, and I still haven’t received my money back and it’s been way pass the processing time! I’ve communicated this with them and nothing! On top of that I made an order again today and I fear I’m still gonna deal with not receive my money back for the item that was sold out once again!
