Worst Customer service_

I have experienced horrible service from your app twice in a row, where I wait over 3 hours for my order to be delivered only to have it cancelled.

I have waiting at my house staring at the app while it displayed delayed_ Waiting for Driver. When I called customer service I was told that my order has been returned to the store because the driver came and I was not home.

I work from home and am bound to the house between working hours so THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TRUTH to this statement.

Furthermore the lady on the phone had the audacity to say the order would be cancelled and I would have to wait 3-5 working days in order for my refund to reflect on my account.

After the call I checked the app AND LAW AND BEHOLD IT IS STILL SAYING ‘WAITING FOR DRIVER. The first time I received bad customer service I chucked it up to human error and decided to give PNPASAP another try, only to receive worse customer service.
