Worst customer service

Bought shirt at pick n pay clothing and they did not remove the security tag, mind you this is not the 1st time. The 1st time it happened I drove back 30 km to have it removed, this time I put in a complaint with customer service and guess what I was not assisted. The worst service iv ever Got
