Worst customer service

I'm absolutely disappointed with the service I recieved at Pick n Pay promenade.. yesterday (26/07) online I saw a Phillips metalic 1.7L on promotion going for R349 which i was interested in buying it, I called the branch and I spoke to a Xhosa speaking lady which she confirmed that they do have it in stock and it is going for the same price that I had seen online, however I made time today to go and buy the kettle which I was told that it is R349, so at the customer service i was referred to a lady that was wearinga ref suit which she told me that Francis will assist me, I stood there for more than 20 minutes waiting for Francis ans there was no one whatsoever to assist me or asking why am I standing there, Francis finally came to assist which she did not help either because she had only told me that the kettle is only available at hypermarkets, imagine the waste of my time and money to actually bother myself witg a kettle that is not on promotion and another is actually standing there with no assistance. I AM VERY FURIOUS
