Worst Customer Service

I went to Pick N Pay Hypermarket on Sunday, the store was extremely full because of the sale they were having, all was fine until I got to the till, I had taken Macroni (Pick n Pay Brand) that was on the shelf on sale for R4.99 when I got to the till it scanned at R9.98, I told the cashier that the shelf says R4.99 not R9.98 he tells me 'but it is scanning at R9.98' so I told him again it shows R4.99 on the shelf in the mean time he calls the supervisor they start voiding the Macroni with that was priced at R9.98 she does not speak to me to ask what the issue is both of them are just doing their own thing and I am standing there waiting the supervisor eventually takes the Macroni and walks away with it and the cashier goes on scanning my other items I am standing there like what the hell just happed, my sister goes back to the shelf and takes a pic of the price I show it to him he says we need to wait the supervisor to come back she went to check as she took the Macroni with her and when she comes back she just throws the Macroni on the counter and says 'this is the one on special this is the one you suppose to take' all in an attitude and she walks away hence the one she brought back was also a Pick n Pay brand just in bolder writing. She explained absolutely nothing to me, the cashier kept telling me it's not his fault, it's not his fault, eventually I asked them what is her name they looked at each other reluctant to tell me the name of the Supervisor, I asked again and the packer says to me her name is Busi, I go to customer service I asked the lady behind the counter who is the manager on duty she tells me can you tell me what it is in regards to first, so I told her she say's 'oh the manager is standing over there' I go to the manager I tell him my story all he says to me is 'I am so sorry I will take her in and have a chat with her she should have explained to you' and that was that he walks away???? So how would I know what the end result is?

That is by the far the worst experience I have ever had with Pick n Pay. The attitude is unacceptable especially if you are working with people, I would know I work with people everyday of my life.
