Worst customer service

Terrible experience at Pick n Pay Newtown Junction , I requested to withdraw R100 from my Tyme Bank account and I was met with “don’t care attitude “ and told to wait on the side as I watched the tellers reporting to Rose that they don’t have change. I then asked if all tills had no money and the response that I got was rather distasteful to say the least. Mind you not this happened around 11:45am. Im very disappointed at the service. I had to find an alternative withdrawal option. What an inconvenience as I had to wait on a long queue for nothing. Pick ‘n Pay please teach your stuff customer service.
