Worst customer service.

I had the worst customer experience from Nomfundo when I called pick n pay customer care line to track my order.

She just told me to wait for my order and hung up. She didn't even ask for my tracking order like the next host did.

I'm really dissatisfied with that horrible service. I don't know what her surname is.
