Worst customer experience ever!!!

I have been to pick n pay Lakefield square for the first time and it was the worst experience ever, do you guys hire staff just to fill in the gaps? Because clearly none of them has any customer service ethics. A simple question was asked, does the cake have fresh cream or imitation cream? First response was.. I don't know, I pack shelves, second response from the lady at the bakery was.. I don't know because the people who baked it left at 2pm,gosh!! I don't know what type of mickey mouse organization you guys run but customer service is key in retail aswell as product knowledge.
