Worst consultant
The lady who was working on the customer care Pick n Pay Plumstead was the worst consultant ever. After telling her what l was looking for l waited for 5 mins which was fine by me but then didn't say anything so l repeated what l was looking for l guess she got mad or something then forward my call to someone who was worse, didn't know a thing about what they have instore. Its not my first time calling ahead before going there, always speak to nice people but today l wasn't lucky. Very disappointed.
