Worst company ever

I would not recommend this Pick ‘n Pay ASAP to anyone, if you’re reading this, do not use their services, rather use checkers sixty 60 or Woolworths. I did a purchase on 22 July, later they released items were out of stock. They decided to keep my money in their “wallet” without my consent, after that experience I am waiting for my complaint to be resolved and delete their nonsense app. They came up with excuses to refund me, emails were responded to after a week, call centre agent rude. After logging a complaint they promised to refund my money, instead of refunding my money, they debited my account, misuse of my banking details. I regret using their services it was 1st and last.

There is nothing asap about them so do not be fooled, just *******. I have never dealt with this incompetence and unprofessional behaviour in my life, it’s not even bad service.

They should go and learn from other grocery stores!
