Worst Cashier and so called Manager

I went into the store (PICK N PAY LIFESTYLE RUSTENBURG)and asked for R750 from standard bank instant money and today my surprise I was told by a cashier named Renee that there is no money and I asked her who can help she said "I don't know who has money".I therefore asked her to please check with her fellow colleagues and she said to me that none have money mind you she didn't even move to ask she just said they all just started working and everyone that came in dotn have cash as people have went to tea break.Before I can say anything she walked out and came to me with a rude and arrogant lady called Mabel who told me there is no money I explained that I have just refilled 20l of water and I must pay for if and she was not even interested in hearing any of what I had to say.The service is very poor and I have been a regular at that pick n pay but never seen such arrogance and poor customer service I wonder if these people are either trained to be rude to selective customers or what.Overall I wished to have rated this shop a -0.What makes me angrier is that the bakery and food department are so nice and helpful.
