Worst branch in SA

<p>Good afternoon. I would like to bring a HUGE problem to your attention. I have been doing all of my shopping at Pick n Pay,when I started encountering problems at PnP Newcastle Mall,I spoke to management after which they resolved most issues. I dread going to the PnP Newcastle Mall lately and prefer shopping at Woolworths Food or ANY other PnP. The PnP Newcastle Mall has the WORST customer service and care out of all 5 PnP's in our town and is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Today I had another bad experience there where a packer at the teller discussed me with a fellow worker in isiZulu which I can speak fluently and when I said that I understand them she became rude,slammed my parcels into the trolley,damaged my goods and spoke in a rude manner to myself and my wife. I am going to take this issue further with their management,make sure the whole of Newcastle knows about the dreadful shopping experience of that specific store and I will go to the local press about it as well! Kindly let me know what you think of this poor customer service of your franchise.</p>
