WORST BAKED GOODS

I go to your Bellville store almost every day as I work in the area, I am always amazed at the quality of the Bakery things. They always look like they fell off a truck or they were part of an accident before they reached the display window. I don't know if you guys don't do quality checks or you just don't care.

Nonetheless, I decided to purchase 2 plain doughnuts today and they tasted worse than they looked. They tasted like they were drenched in oil. Just one bite leaves the worst aftertaste ever. I could not even finish one of them. I AM TAKING THEM BACK. I have never been so disappointed by anything from PnP's bakery until I entered the Bellville store.

I though you guys prided yourself in quality products. And please inform the people that work there that we DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT for them to finish their gossip and petty conversations in order for them to assist us.

Good day Please accept my late response, the matter was sorted out on the same day. I went back to the store :) Thank you to the General Manager for rectifying the matter. I went to the store this morning and the quality is better. There is room for improvement though, but better than the last time.
