Worst bad service from a teller controllers

Yesterday I used my card to pay groceries at Phillipi Pick & Pay. The card machines was offline. The Cashier was worried that she could not assist and the till controller in my face said with a attitude why are you concerned this is not your groceries also not your card why do you care. I am actually wondering how does pick & Pay train staff in their branches in Phillipi they are uprubt, rude, no idea of customer service they don't how to talk to customers worse the teller controllers. WOST service ever.
