Worst attitude I have ever witness

Recently I visited the pick n pay in umlanga crescent, I went to purchase various items , I witness the assistant manager devan govender speak to his colleagues with utter disrespect , firstly iam the customer I didn't need to party to his attitude , I actually felt so bad watching him speak to another human in the manner that he did , I just stood there looking at him shocked.I know many of the staff that work in grocery stores are generally don't have the opportunities of a higher educated person , maybe he feels he can speak to people in a disgusting manner on front of a customer because his a manager.i making a point logging this report as I have never felt so embarrassed for someone else, another lady who's with me was just as shocked , if this is the caliber of people a highly respected super market employs it's jus shocking . Please send staff for adequate training on how to treat people.he should show respect for his colleagues and not speak in a disgusting manner in front of customer who there to purchase goods .customer service goes deeper then how you treat a client, staff members are also people .
