Worst attitude from pick n pay kopanong by fundisa mbanjawa

Good morning I just got back from kopanong centre ivory park at pick n pay.i was assisted by the lady with the worst attitude by the name of fundisa mbanjawa.she yelled at me for not putting the things that I bought close to her okay!at that time i have my two year old son at my back crying his lungs out,she scanned everything and after that she told to take a plastic at another counter and put my things.i asked because I bought glasses so I asked : are you not going to rap this glasses with a newspaper?she pointed a counter saying there is newspapers rap those glasses.i asked her to get a manager they said manager is not there but there is second in charge by the name of flora.who i really appreciate she came apologized and rapped the glasses and told her to apologize she just smiled with attitude and said nothing.so it tells me that she does not respect clients nor her seniors. I feel sad that how many people are treated this way by this lady who act like she was forced to work for pick n pay meanwhile there fellow south Africans who are desperately looking for jobs and you find people like fundisa who act like they don't need jobs.all I am asking do something about this cashiers attitude before you lose clients.i buy at pick n pay because it's closer to where I stay. But I don't appreciate the way I was treated.to pick n pay human resources hire people who really need jobs not people who want hobbies.
