worst attitude from customer service

I am utterly appalled with the service I received from Berenice Beukes. When we arrived at her till point she was having a lovely conversation with her colleague and continued to have a chat whilst we were standing there. She then proceeded to scan the goods at a leisurely pace whilst enjoying her chat and stopping what she is doing to animatedly describe her story to her colleague. At the point where I wanted to pay, she completely ignored me and when I asked her to take the money, she gave me a nasty look like I was distracting her. I called her out on this and she told I'm the one who's been wasting time (which I find baffling) and just burst into laughter when she saw my annoyance and told me to have a nice day (clearly I was being dismissed at this point). She never even once looked me in the eye to acknowledge that I am there. Never even asked me if I needed a plastic bag, have a smart shopper card etc
