Worst App Ever!!! Do not even bother with Bottles because they take your money and don’t refund for items not delivered!!!

I am outraged with the service I received from Pnp Bottles. I placed an order at 8am and got an estimate delivery for 11am-12am and the time kept changing up until it said 6pm-7pm. At about 15:25pm I get an email and notification that the driver is on the way with my order and immediately at 15:26pm I get a notification telling me that my order has been delivered. After countless calls, emails and automated bot chats they did not do anything to resolve the issue and instead it’s like everyone I speak to goes around in circles saying I should get my order soon, the driver was wrong, they will try to contact the store.

All I want is refund and an apology for the worst service ever! I have not gotten a refund and I don’t have my order and no one is doing anything about it! Bottles is the worst and most unprofessional online shopping service you will ever get. Nothing but false information, lack of communication, no order delivery but money taken.
