Worst App ever

I keep giving this App the benefit of the doubt. This is utter nonsense. I ordered on the app 2 hours they notify me that my order has been delivered but I haven't recieved anything. The driver doesn't even call to ask which complex I live in or for directions. And this is the second time it happens.
