Worst app ever

On the 13th of November I ordered a cake for my baby's 3rd birthday on the 14th of October and I never received the cake. I ordered the cake on pick n pay ASAP then I checked the app and saw that the cake is out of stock. I then called to find out if I can get any available cake and I was told they were done picking the goods and waiting for a driver so they couldn't help me. I waited for my refund but did not receive it. On the 14th of October I called again wasting my airtime to enquire about my refund and I was told it would take 5 days to get in my account but still no refund or communication. On the 27th of October I called again and I was told that since I have a capitec account it would take up to 21 days to get to my account but they took my money within seconds before even delivering my order. Today it is the 9th of November and still no refund or communication. I have never been disrespected like this. It might be R120 but it is my money that I worked hard for.
