Worst app and service ever....

Pick and Pay Asap is honestly just full of nonsense. 1.I place and order at around 18:00,I send an email requesting to change delivery time, no response, called their call centre can't get through. 2.In the morning order shows expected delivery 09:30-10 :00 on the app,wrapping up order 3.Apparently the driver was at my home at 09:13 to deliver but I could not hear the phone because I kept checking the app it constantly said wrapping up,App is on another device 4.Order returned according the driver by the time I called back after seeing a missed call 5.Called asap again,still can't get through,left message,still waiting to hear what is happening Honestly your service sucks,and I never learn.Last time I'm using ASAP,checkers60 app is always on point.Their tracking never fails,ever.

Please refund my money into my account..not in seven days or resend that order...😣😣😣
