Worst app and customer service

I will never buy or use Pick n Pay ASAP again. I ordered on Saturday, 3 December from them, but not all my items were delivered even after I selected the substitute items, which can be clearly seen on the order. I called customer service 3 times, the first lady told me if I calculate my products I will see that it is the same amount that was debited from my account, not sure how she got to that because there is about a R240 difference! the second lady hung up our call and the third lady said she will have to speak to her manager, I haven't received a response.

Their service is terrible and they should remove ASAP because deliveries sometimes take an entire day or only the next day. I also received the wrong order numerous times. I won't be using them again.
