Worst and Disrespectful service

Location: Pick n Pay Protea North Cashier: Isaac Moloto Till : 4 if not 5 not sure Time: 17:06 Worst service ever. So what actually happend was there were 2ladies before me that bought a Box of small wine and 1 box of cigarettes. I dont know what they were still waiting for but but thats not the case. My items got scanned and a Cashier by yhe name Isaac asked if I wabted a plastic and I said "Please" all good and well the all my items were packed, he then asked for my store card to which I gave him my Tymebank card the my other banking card to which I was paying with. Now I'm there waiting for my slip. Byt before then I rechecked my bag to which it had nothing but my other cards and ID and 2 old slip they were even golden brown, thats how old they were. I asked him where's the slip he said i gave it to you, to which he didnt. Then said to me I gave to the othet lady but that wasnt my slip. He gave me an attitude to still say he gave me the slip, I even shoed him my bag. He had yhe nerve to tell me in the eye, why you showing me yhe bag wena! I got ****ed because he is starting to disrespect me and wasting my time. He stood with it that he gave me the slip only for the next cashier to come by (I dont know if it fell or was stuck in the machine) Then gave it to me. Isaac then gave it with an attitude to tell me to shove off and that my facial expression doesnt scar him. Quickly thought of thr manager and called him but before i could reach to him he started to bypass the sorry so I dont go to yhe manager. But i called him instead and he said sorry just to pass the situation with an attitute even. Worst service yo ever get. We then wonder as blank communities why we dont easily get employed ot last in a job space its because of this nonsense. Was the service undermined because I looked young? Well I dont know. I want an apology and not just an auto respond. I want a meaningful apology from that rufe Isaac Moloto. I wish you get fired abd regret the day yoy attired stupid words to me. I had a good mind of cancelling my purchase and wanting my money back. Such horror. I want my apology.
