Worse treatment while doing my shopping

I was doing my Christmas shopping at pick'n pay woodmead the16/12/2015 as I was taking my items out the trolley to pay,a heavy metal object fell on my foot and it cut my right foot and I was bleeding so bad with no assistance at all my wife had to use tissues to wipe the floor as it was full of blood after 20 minutes they brought the first aid kit the manager said they didn't know where it was,then she stood there until a kind lady behind me assisted me I guess she was a nurse,she actually left everything and helped me then asked the cashier to close the till then got me to sit down while my Wife was still Paying For Our Items,then the kind lady cleaned and bandage my foot while the manage took my details and said I must go to the doctor bring a receipt to them for a refund,they will call me I was so angry and I had to drive to a doctor,and said they'll call to check up on me which the didn't I decided to call head office then woodmead called me to come in I thought everything was sorted but then there was like 4 people in the office asking for proof that I saw a doctor receipt,footage need to be checked first then check if it's legit someone will call me but no one did until today
