Worse Service Pick n Pay WONDERPARK

My mother she is a pensioner , she bought a TV cash at Wonderpark Pick n Pay on the 26th November 2020 and she asked for delivery. Today is the 07 December 2020 she has not received her TV, she keeps on calling them to ask when will they deliver the answer is tomorrow , tomorrow, tomorrow, she incidentally heard someone on the backroad says ( Koko o wa tena) which means my mother she is irritating them when she asking when will they deliver her TV. Since she is irritating please give her, her money back she will go somewhere to buy the TV.
