Worse service ever pick and pay Bayside mall cape yown

I have never been undermined and disrespected in such a way especially by a store manager who is suppose to be listening when I have a problem and try to understand and also make me as the client happy. I came to buy 2 t-shirts for my daughter and son and they are 4yrs and 8yrs so I noticed they have two different specials and I was assisted by Sesethu who was very helpful and willing in our conversation I asked so can if I mix will it be the same price she said she is not sure bt because I was on my tea break I said it's fine regardless when I gt to the till I noticed both t-shirt are written 2 for R70 but the cashier said it's not the same and she said she will call the manager Leticia Zaal who didn't even have time to listen or understand me but Sesethu came and I told I know what she said but the sticker on the t-shirt which was not pasted by me. Leticia didn't even look the only thing she said was that three people cannot say the same thing in an arrogant and rude manner and I asked her are you talking to me and she said no she is not going to talk to me and she is not going to assist or listen to me and that is suppose to be a store manager whom is suppose to listen and address client queries that lady spoke to me while walking away and did not even bother with me. I felt so small and hurt because should she have listened to me maybe she would have heard and reacted differently and it's not about the R30 but the respect you give to your clients because if 100 people dnt buy that R70 t-shirt it would be a loss to the company I'm really disappointed with the treatment of that manager she need to go to the desk and learn how to treat people
