WORSE SERVICE EVER

Worst service EVER..... I placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP app on Monday 17:15 they only delivered on Tuesday morning 10:19am after i cancelled my order after 21:00pm Monday evening, the driver refused to take my order back. I have been phoning the customer service since Tuesday and not once did i get through to their lines. The only response i received was that the driver will come and collect my order and refund my account. Since then i have been emailing as i can't get through to their customer service and no one is responding to any of my emails.
