Worse service ever

Absolutely disgusted with the service from asap,an agent by the name of Thandeka spoke over me and spoke so abruptly I am actually shocked,I have worked in the customer care industry and it's horrifying that an agent can speak to a customer anyway that they feel like especially after their company doing the wrong.its really upsetting that pick n pay would hire such staff,it's a pitty that pick n pay staff think that's the only store we can do online shopping on,I'd advise people to rather shop at checkers,you would receive all your items and there's no hassles
