Worse service ever

Pick n pay Bluff is the worse ever! If you not waiting 10 minutes in a que, Then there is no staff, or staff don't not greet. But today topped the pathetic service. Every time you go to the deli you wait cause the staff is at the back. But today the manager was having a fat long conversation with the staff member which resulted her in giving me the wrong food, plus did not finish help me cause the manager was more engaged with her personal conversation. Another staff saw this and ended uo helping me. The staff apologized but when i addressed the manager she told me footsack go do what you want. Cause she is allowed to talk to her staff. But her conversation was not even work related. The manager was so deep in her conversation that she didn't even hear me speaking. If i didn't work close by i would never shop in this branch again. The manager of the deli didn't even acknowledge she was wrong. Due to her lack of concern the staff showed no customer service. When i asked for names they refused to give it.
