Worse service

This is the worse provider ever and they take your money but when you request a refund you are sent from Pilar to post. I placed an online order with PnP home ottery and the people at ottery can't assist me to cancel my order and to refund me. I am so ****ed at this **** service and nobody can we me a straight answer. I have been calling since Friday from Pick n Pay online, cust services and online orders to brakenfell and I need to keep buying airtime to call someone from pnp to assist me and my airtime and time is wasted.
