Worse service

Disgusted by Pnp customer service, ordered a chest freezer from PnP Ottery on the 26th of November, they promised to deliver on the 6th of December. On the day they had a wrong order and promised to deliver the next day.

They only delivered yesterday, no call to keep me updated I had to constantly check on my order. Contacted their customer service and they were useless, no call whatsoever. So disappointment, wouldn't rate them at all
