Worse sercice ever

Went to pnp midrand.while waiting for the slow cashier i decided to run and grab something.when i got back found she was busy with someone,grabbed my trolley and unload so i could pay.this same slow person by the name of sylvia maphanga decided to help someone behind me.she didnt even ask me.when i took him on she started talking in her own language. She is a rude person who cannot deal with people.this person stole my joy and i almost left my things in the store.thats how shocked i was.Pnp i love shopping in yr store but this woman just made me question the joy i always feel going into that store.rude attitudes should not be accepted or is this the new customwr service.if so the wow.
