Worse post online shopping support PNP

I should give less than one star. Since 23 April 2020 I havent received my refund. Many phone calls and emails sent to pnp. Spoke various times. Nothing gets done. No manager ever phoned back and yet, they still owe me money. Dont support them, the online after shopping department is horrible, the people unfriendly and not trained enough to deal with difficult situations. Support checkers, they are fast efficient and friendly.
