Worse experience to date

Good day

I booked in my Skyworth 50inch TV for repairs as the screen started showing lines. I took it in on 26 June 2023 to PNP Vangate mall, Cape Town. I called numerus times and got hold of the person today (19 July) who helped me in store. According to him the unit has not been collected. I am not sure who is to blame here but its going in for a month and not yet collected. How long still must i wait.
