Worse experience ever

Pick n Pay standards have dropped and once was a store which really was passionate about their customers and providing great value. I had bad experiences at your many stores and finally had no choice to leave your stores due to your staff not following simple instructions when at the Pay till points in which this was meant to be a service offered to all your customers instead you have to keep on repeating yourself numerous of times, most due to your staff either asleep and not even present to assist your customers. Bad service, lack of understanding.
