Worse experiance at PICK N' PAY PINETOWN, DURBAN,, AT PINECREST MALL.

Today at approximately 12pm the 06/11/21 i was at a pick and pay branch in pinetown mall, and i was there to withdraw money using my tyme bank card and i was standing at the very first till by the entrance and it was an express till, i stood in the line till i got to the front, and when i got to the teller at the front, firstly i couldnt hear a word she was saying, she was speaking so low tone of voice i couldnt make out wat she was saying, and i told her i was there to do a withdrawal, she said she doesn't have the amount i requested, which was R400 and i then asked her what should i do next she said she culdnt help instead of asking one of her colleagues to provide ma with the requested amount, so as rushing as i was i was then forced to join the other line, i cant remember the till number but when i got to the second teller after waiting for so long in the line right as it was my turn, to do my transaction, she lets another customer, which was refered to her by her colleague whom is the cashier next to her to withdraw money, so i got mad becauae when i told her how unfair their service was the second cashier had the Nerve to initiate a debate with a customer, instead of recognising the Injustice that had happen, the service at this PICK N' PAY branch which is based in PINETOWN, in PINECREST MALL, was so horrible i was very disgusted to have a customer service provider debating with a customer for raising their concerns, the ladies at this branch operating the tills No nothing about customer service, they do not respect nor value their jobs, and worse of all they dont care about their attitude and how it affects your customers.
