Worse customer service by far

On Sunday 28th March 2021, I went to Pick n pay in Pinecrest mall, Pinetown (KZN) to buy myself a 15 piece pot set that was on sale for R599, unfortunately I didn't have my smart shopper card with me, I forgot my wallet at home. I tried in vain to get help from the store, I even went to the Kiosk only to be sent away and the following words were uttered "we are not allowed to make a new card for you, go and ask other patrons so that you will never leave your card at home again" , that felt like a punishment from the sales assistant n mind you I'm not a child, im a grown man.

Imagine the humiliation for me walking around the shop bothering other people for assist while the store is more than capable of assisting me.

I ended up getting help however im still wondering if Pick and pay in Pinecrest cares about their customers, does the store ever take their staff for training. Is there any customer service implemented in your store, How rude can your employees be, or is it because I'm black and n my money has no value?

I'm never going to set foot in that store again, I will use other Pick n pay stores. I had never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life while I'm about to spend my hard earned money.
