Worse customer care ever, I have logged numerous complaints with Pick n Pay on different occasions over one thing and has not been given a proper response. On the 11 July 2023 Pick n Pay Bassianes in Katlehong one of their till attendant poorly service me as I went in to purchase a box of wine and the box got open at the bottom and the silver package came out and I was told that I must now take the broken box or I will not be served. I have complained to management and nothing has been done.
