Worse bad customer service ever

On the 26th around 5 U was at Pick n pay Lemo mall paying at Kiosk assisted by Cashier Kholiwe the was 2 ladies in front of me they where paying 1 item each and playing lotto so I was shocked when that cashier started shouting at them that she hate helping them and she told her colleague to help them but she didn't so my question is this is how we are treated at retails in location she really disrespected them I even run after them to apologise about how that cashier treated them this kind of people kills business I just hope they will deal with her accordingly she don't even have friendly face for people she didn't even greet she was totally rude to them I felt so small and I checked other reviews pick n pay cashier don't have good customer service
