Worms in their rice

I wish there was a zero rating for this ridiculous company that sells rotten food, I sent a review regarding rotten basmati rice last week Sunday and as expected I received an automated email and a phone call from a guy that spoke to me like im his friend to basically tell me that all their basmati rice in the store is expired. It's now 7 days later I'm sitting with rice that full of worms and have started spreading in my house now. Can someone give me legal advise on how to to deal with his cause I'm sick and tired of how these retailers treat us after spending my hard earned money. I'm now just livid but am very disappointed at the lack of interest this stupid retailer has had on my query!!! I would have been happy to just be told ' return the rice and exchange it or get a refund' now I need a formal apology from your head office cause your worms are now spreading in my kitchen!!!!
