Worms in Rice

Hi, I bought Rice at Pick N pay Southgate on the 25th of April 2020. When i got home ,opened the rice and it had Worms in it. I sent an email,informing them about such,but i have not received any feedback as yet. On the 7th of May again i sent a follow up email but still no feedback.
