Worms in my clothing package

I received a dress that I ordered today and when I opened the bag, multiple worms fell out of the sealed packet

I'm currently 7 months pregnant and cannot explain how traumatized I am by this instant

How could there be worms In a clothing order, there was no food and the package wasn't near food either

This is unacceptable, I purchase from pick n pay clothing consistently and this was not the standard I expected
