Worms and what seems to be eggs in my lettuce

I am sorry to say that I am a proud supporter of everything Pick 'n Pay<br> <br> I bought lettuce from the Pick 'n Pay in Sunward Park and when I got home I found worms and what seemed to be eggs in my lettuce.<br> <br> I immediately contacted the customer care center to complain and up until this day nothing has come from my complaint. It has been nearly 2 months now.<br> <br> I am completely put off of what happened that day and of the way that things have been handled so far<br>
