Worm in PnP dog food

I bought the PnP brand lamb flavoured adult dog chucks 1.75kg on the PnP ASAP app when I opened the bag today I found webs, a worm nest & a live worm wriggling in the bag. This is so disgusting. I've had bad experiences from both buying in store & via the app but this tops it all. PnP has always been my store of choice but with this experience I'm thinking otherwise. It is not nice when you want to feed your pet but to be welcomed by a worm.
