Worm in orange juice

Found a worm actually inside the bottle of PnP house orange juice from Constantia. I phoned the help line two days ago and they said it would be treated as urgent, but I've had no response. I expected at least an apology from the store manager. I would recommend staying away from PnP own-brand juice until they've acted on this.
