World Class Service

World class customer service. Today this morning I was at the Sanctuary Pick n Pay in Somerset West to process a new smart shopper card as I have lost mine and it only took 5 minutes to process the card. Zaphnie was excellent from the on set she saw me standing in front of their customer service desk from afar and she asked me if I have been assisted I told her that I haven't. She then asked me what I need assistance with immediately she got on the phone with the card in hand got through all the voice prompts and then handed over the phone to me and the customer service agent (Siyabonga) was so friendly and professional what a breath of fresh air. This particular Pick n Pay always go out of their way to assist customers. Now I know why Pick n Pay has been voted the best loyalty programme by South Africans all because of their excellent staff.
