Woodmead PnP is the worst

PnP Woodmead has the worst service center ever, To get them to process a refund,Pick up their calls or Anwer emails is a mission. Even when i drove the for them to process a refund for a purchase made in Feb, They said it will be processed it is the weekend. When i spoke to PJN. they say no refund request was made.
