Won't shop online again

Paid for delivery slot between 15:00-16:00. Delivery arrived 17:55. Luckily the driver was friendly, so I let it go. Then only to discover that an original amount was still pending on my credit account after the new amount was deducted (some of the products was not delivered, therefore different amounts). Making life really complicated :(
