Wonderful Staff make Rosmead Pick n Pay a Great Experience

The Rosmead Pick n Pay store is always a pleasure to visit. It is well stocked, clean wide aisles, goods well presented along with a wide range. But what sets it apart in my experience is the staff. They are eager to please, attentive, polite, well informed and very helpful. The guard at the entrance goes out of his way to greet one, and sanitise hands and trolley. Today the woman at the biltong counter could scarcely have been more willing and helpful. The guy at the milk display wiped off my purchase and popped it into a plastic bag. The checkout and packer were also five star staff members. I had a word of appreciation for the manager, who was active on the floor and very pleasant and approachable, greeting me by saying "How can I help you". The Rosmead Pick n Pay sets standards that other supermarkets should seek to emulate!
