Won a PicknPay competition. Three months and still no prize delivery???

<p>I was contacted in December to let me know that I had won a prize (a wine fridge) with KWV and PicknPay smartshopper. I was super excited about my prize and the lady that I spoke to from Digital Activation - I'm not sure if this is a separate company or a department within PicknPay - told me that I could expect my prize to be delivered within a week or two. We are now in the first week of March and I'm still waiting on any communication to be initiated from Digital Activation's side, or any indication of when my prize will be delivered?!? I have contacted the company SEVERAL times to follow up on what's happening and every time I've just been told that there is a delay and I can expect delivery within the next week. This has literally been going on for MONTHS. I have little to no faith that this prize will ever be delivered and I'm slowly but surely starting to lose my patience with Digital Activation and PnP for not delivering on their promises. How can you run a competition which is supposed to offer good exposure to your company and then so absolutely terribly fail to deliver?</p>
